* When using electrical appliances that require high power consumption—such as the microwave, spot cooler, or kettle—guests must use AC power at designated camping sites.

* If usage on the campervan battery is unavoidable, these appliances must not be used for more than two consecutive days without recharging for at least 8 hours via AC power.

* If any appliance becomes unusable during the rental, no refunds or compensation will be issued, regardless of the cause.

* Should the vehicle’s batteries become drained to the point that electrical appliances or devices cannot be used, the guest will be responsible for any costs related to repair or replacement.

* If a battery is deemed faulty or irrecoverable due to customer misoperation, the guest shall bear the cost of replacement.

Please note that due to the high volume of inquiries, we cannot guarantee campervan availability. Reservations will be confirmed on whoever pays the downpayment will get the reservation. A 30% downpayment is all that’s required to secure your booking.

In our ongoing commitment to ensuring your safety and peace of mind throughout your journey, there is a mandatory additional coverage rate of up to ¥1,300 - ¥2,000 per day.


Insurance coverage includes:

  • Roadside Assistance 

  • Reduce deductible excess


Insurance Plan Options

Plan Type: Standard Cover

  • Daily Rate - ¥1,300

  • Deductible Limit - ¥100,000

  • NOC (Non-Operational Charge) - ¥10,000


Plan Type: Enhanced Cover

  • Daily Rate - ¥2,000

  • Deductible Limit - ¥50,000

  • NOC (Non-Operational Charge) - ¥5,000


Note: We require a credit card pre-authorization to keep on file in case of incidentals. Before the handover of the van, we will collect the ¥20,000 security deposit through a card swipe. This amount will be charged and will be held as a precaution and only used in case any incidentals are found during the post-event vehicle inspection. If the campervan is returned without any damage, the full amount will be refunded. A 10% tax and a 3.6% PSP fee are applied to the insurance deductible.
