Insurance
In our ongoing commitment to ensuring your safety and peace of mind throughout your journey, there is a mandatory additional coverage rate of up to ¥1,500 - ¥2,000 per day.

Note: We require a credit card pre-authorization to keep on file in case of incidentals. Before the handover of the van, we will collect the ¥20,000 security deposit through a card swipe. This amount will be charged and will be held as a precaution and only used in case any incidentals are found during the post-event vehicle inspection. If the campervan is returned without any damage, the full amount will be refunded. A 10% tax and a 3.6% PSP fee are applied to the insurance deductible.
